Does anyone have experience with filing a lien (at least I think it's a lien) on a property with a private mortgage in Prince George's County?

I feel that the competitors are really starting to offer more features that I would need like a USB ports and better pens to write on screens.  

I'am particularly interested in investing in foreclosures since I see a bunch of them in my area (Port Saint Lucie).

Hello to the BiggerPockets Community (:I hope everyone is enjoying their day off of work and taking advantage of their Labor Day weekend.Today I just wanted to get a feel of who's in my community (DC and Prince George's County) and introduce myself to you all.

I'm currently investing in Prince Georges county in Maryland and in Washington, DC. where there are no shortage of opportunities.

I live all the way down in Prince George's County Maryland near DC. 

Lots in grad hospital, west, south,  southwest, u city, fishtown, port Richmond and a little on the main line.

I started off years ago in areas like west philly, port richmond and moved all the way into center city.
