Hello BP, 

I have 10+ years experience in RE investing, but always learning. I have a background in advertising and am a licensed GC.  I'm am interested in all types of real estate–whether its flipping, single family rentals, multi-family or new construction. If the numbers work I'm game. I have been reading this sites articles and posts for yeas and figured it was time to sign up and contribute.
