Some of the platforms we are considering include Foreclosure.com, Propstream and of course BiggerPockets.

I am looking for suggestions on how to host these on a platform using AI and other new technology to help people match with a lender or build a list of investors for multi family, self storage, assisted living, short term rentals, mobile home parks, new construction etc. 

What I really like about it is that it's a banking and bookkeeping platform that also allows me to manage my tenants.

For our truly short term leads we use Airbnb and solicitation direct bookings outside of the Airbnb platform when we can. 

To find your first deal, use online forums, networking, wholesaling strategies, and online platforms.
