I'm trying to evaluate the city of Huntsville, Madison, Harvest, Owens Cross Roads, Meridianville, New Market, Hazel Green and Toney.For anyone that has experience investing in these areas, I'd appreciate your insight on the following:- What areas have the highest tenant demand and why?

Trailing 1-2 yr numbers on STR made people evaluate investment properties on these metrics.

I would like to know what criteria you consider when evaluating land and which locations you prefer to invest in.

Does anyone have or know of a location to find a spreadsheet with the metrics I should use in evaluations U.S. locations to invest in?  

I had a cabin burn to the ground a few years ago near downtown Gatlinburg, and spent a small fortune building a timber frame log cabin out of thick yellow pine logs.

People need to do their own evaluation of what asset class(s) is going to grow their retirement account as quickly as possible.

Most PMCs now store docs in the cloud: Dropbox, Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive and others.There are other options that promise higher security, but it all goes back to how secure YOUR access is.Can someone log into your computer or use it while unattended?
