We are going to be buying property and building a spec home shortly and need to understand the pros and cons of doing this deal through an LLC vs. as individuals, from a tax perspective.

Hello all,I have multiple rental properties but haven't created any LLC structure.

You'll need to get a good investor friendly CPA, possibly an LLC, bookkeeper, umbrella insurance coverage, separate bank account for rental. 

You can only find the answer to the LLC purchase possibility by reading the loan docs.

Who should I use for forming LLC?

.- Business Setup: I’m setting up a new LLC specifically for this venture, which means the LLC will have no prior credit history or track record.- Investment Location: I plan to invest remotely in Birmingham, AL.

I assume this/these aren’t disregarded LLC’s?

Also if an LLC is not properly run it can be pierced as if yoy have no LLC.
