Collin County is probably higher than Denton County.

You have enough for a 25% down payment on an entry level investment property in Denver metro or if you want your money to go farther I’m seeing lots of great deals well within your price range (with leverage) in Fort Collins, C Springs, Pueblo.

I would like to relocate to a different part of the state within the next month or two, but unfortunately, I am under lease through March 2020 at a single family home in Fort Collins, CO at $ 2,500 a month.

If you can find a way to hold on to it, I think the I-25 corridor all the way from Denver to Fort Collins will have good appreciation over the next 5-10 as the nice parts of Denver get even less affordable spilling over into surrounding areas.

So the other day I was driving around while my son was napping, and happened on a really jacked up vacant property, all boarded up and overgrown, in a fairly nice neighborhood in Collin County Texas.
