There interface is also awkward, I looked at their full management suite and came to the conclusion it would likely be a mess.

Easier interface.

The templates are great and the super user friendly customization web site interface is easy to use.  

The service is free and you can easily transfer money to people through their easy web interface or the nice App they have.  

There is an interface to Gmail, and Google Docs.

I use Sugar, it’s free, and it works VERY well and I can even interface it into my autoresponder.I think I got close to 93 emails today about this SIMS system.I understand they want to make a buck, by why not make it more affordable.

But I like he interface and search capabilities.

I use Buildium and I just tried setting up a listing on my website but the message interface sucks.
