I got my RE license last year in Ohio, I am curious if there are any rules against soliciting via facebook, instagram etc for listings, i found a seemingly vacant property i wanted to reach out to the owners and was curious if we are allowed to "cold message" via social media platforms? 

Ive found the best way to network is via instagram.

A lot of his content he posts is accessible from YouTube, Instagram, and FaceBook, so I don't need to pay to hear him say comments like the one stated in the post.
