You are entitled to receive a house back just as whole as you delivered it.

There's alot of neglected housing out there, gentrification.

Houses out here cost average $1.3M and rent for $4,000 per month. 

I am specifically looking in Essex county, MA because I want to house back close enough to my current W-2 job.

The art and science of it all is that you don't lead with "I want to make an offer on your house", instead, you ask the homeowner "how can I help you?"

I would for NOT do tree houses for liability reasons.

When I tried selling that house in 2014 there was just not enough users, 2018 maybe a lot easier to do.

Single-gender homes are only for transitional housing (like soberliving houses, halfway houses, etc).
