Realize, talking to some clerk at a PHA, you may well be speaking to a tenant in that PHA, employment preferences, so they may be speaking out of the PHA but they don't speak for the PHA, the only thing that counts are written replies by proper authority, usually the executive director or department head as authorized by the board of commissioners. :)

I enquired further and was infomed that a some european company is selling pre-fabricated blocks of 20 units manufactured by a local company for a price of 45000 dollars per unit....inclusive of closing costs and finders fee.........its also an arm chair investment....Let me know your thoughts....

Reason for Non GMC it is not allowed in the european market .Not sure if you have an understanding of the commodities market but you just can't say we are growing corn without knowing what corn you are talking about . another example Corn " basic  $3 .00 per bushel   GMO for greater yeild  $3.25 per bushel Non GMO specialty  $ 3.50 per bushel Other questions to ask are :        Are you renting the land at a flat rate per Tillable acre ?
