Yes 850 used to be the highest and then as Bryan said they changed the scoring model.There is also supposed to be a medical credit bureau coming out making 4 agencies to deal with.I don't know if it ever happened or not.When I was in residential the lowest loan programs I saw was for 480 with money down.
