Hello all....I am reading and researching and really enjoy the learning process as it slowly becomes clearer, I’m English and the property buying and selling processes are somewhat different but, I’d like to think I’m a fast learner....In examples given in adverts of properties that have tenants and are managed, they all list...( for example)Gross rent $1000Management fee $100Property taxes $50Insurance $60Owner paid utilities $40Vacancy reserve $50Maintenance reserve $100Net rent $600My question is, do I receive $900 in my bank monthly, ( rent less management fee) ?

Kyle tnx for your effort to help me and for your tips  i have searched in nyc records (good idea) and i have found them on 10 deeds records. and about the misspelled word on there website i dont think that this is a red flag since it could happen and probably its the writer or web/graphic designers mistakeand beside that i personally know one guy with 75 to 80 million dollar liquid at any given time and he didn't know English beside his signature and other people with lots of money with out knowing proper English  thanks so much every one
