I'm back now though.Now I'm about to graduate, I've got rock solid reasons for working hard, and I want to jump back in.I will be graduating in May with a double bachelor's degree in English and Philosophy (useless, I know; it's a long term plan).

The attorney we used is fluent in both English and Italian and has offices in both the US and Italy.

I haven't found any specifically English groups but I'm sure both the above are somewhat bilingual.

The tenant is Spanish speaking only, does anybody know where I can find an English and Spanish rental agreement form?

I feel as though I can't bring much to the table in terms of Real Estate knowledge at the moment, being new in this area, but I speak 3 languages: French as my 1st language, English as my 2nd & Spanish (not perfectly) as my 3rd & after living 6 years in Nicaragua and successfully running a business, I have learned a lot about living & doing business in Central America...

We focused her energies and studies on what she loved and she was able to bypass math altogether in college and focus on English and History. 

Hello all....I am reading and researching and really enjoy the learning process as it slowly becomes clearer, I’m English and the property buying and selling processes are somewhat different but, I’d like to think I’m a fast learner....In examples given in adverts of properties that have tenants and are managed, they all list...( for example)Gross rent $1000Management fee $100Property taxes $50Insurance $60Owner paid utilities $40Vacancy reserve $50Maintenance reserve $100Net rent $600My question is, do I receive $900 in my bank monthly, ( rent less management fee) ?

It's a valuable resource written for both sides in plain English and can keep you on the right side of these fuzzy lines (including what you have to do if you deny an applicant).

Kyle tnx for your effort to help me and for your tips  i have searched in nyc records (good idea) and i have found them on 10 deeds records. and about the misspelled word on there website i dont think that this is a red flag since it could happen and probably its the writer or web/graphic designers mistakeand beside that i personally know one guy with 75 to 80 million dollar liquid at any given time and he didn't know English beside his signature and other people with lots of money with out knowing proper English  thanks so much every one
