English/Spanish Rental Lease
Hello!
First time on here and I am seeking some advice. My wife and I are buying our first home in South Florida. The home has a separate efficiency on the property, which is exactly what we were looking for. There is a tenant in the efficiency now and were thinking about asking him to stay month-to- month for the time being.
What are some things I need to be thinking of or preparing for being a first time landlord?
The tenant is Spanish speaking only, does anybody know where I can find an English and Spanish rental agreement form?
Thanks in advance!
