Hello Chad,The inspector saw termite damage and stated in the report "Evidence of dry-wood termite infestations at the fascia, beams, post, door jamb, garage roof, rafter tail as indicated on the diagram"From the diagram attached, there are two areas on the house that has termite damage (top right and bottom right).
