It may behoove you to paint them a brown color and slap some poly on them.

@Jeff Brown - depends on how they underwrite it, but the loans are usually a year or less and you will need an exit strategy to pay it back

Still has the wood paneling, yellow and brown carpet, original kitchen cabinets and wood countertops, original windows, currently no heating system.

It has a reddish brown painted brick and I see a few spots were the mortar is not fully flush with the brick like most of the joints.
