I think that the Maryland State board webpage for real estate licenses is very confusing.

My local area has a webpage linked to the county website that tells what is being auctioned and when.

Well I opened up two Zillow webpages and compared the homes for sale on one page to the homes for rent on the other.

I agree that further sharing this story beyond the BP forum and your Facebook page - whether in the form of a book, article (submit it to your local paper), YouTube video, or personal webpage would be a great opportunity to inspire other parents.  

Now i am thinking of learning this and trying to see if i can help with investors webpages.

Would welcome practical guideline, apart from what it says on the web page of the HA and Sec 8 etc. - to avoid any likely problem with Fair Housing or other laws or regs, while trying to weed out wrong kind of tenants who might be actually breaking the rules of the HA sometimes. or it should not be attempted?

Usually if you just google 'property tax' and 'city' (or County), it'll take you right to the tax collector's web page.
