You can not just cover the mold with the paint, local cleaning of the visual mold growth may not be enough, you will not get a free mold inspection from a contractor but a free visit and mold remediation solicitation.

I learn well with audio and visual, not just reading.

When the listing agent takes the listing, he/she should complete C.A.R. form AVID, Agent's Visual Inspection Disclosure.
