Following his advice the best we could, we found a rent ready home in Georgia that slightly exceeded the 1% rule and pulled the trigger.

I could do more deals if I was willing to be more leveraged, but all that results in is me losing more hair because I start to stress about it!

@Shane Brown I think the hardest part is going to be to know when to pull the trigger.

Turned out I just needed to pull the trigger and get out there. 

I personally feel like there is a lot of demand for real estate, and that interest rates may simply curb demand enough to keep things flat instead of triggering some kind of fire sale (although that could be cool!).
