Btw I do not know much of your background but know your stated goals are possible for many if they are willing to work it and take calculated risks.  

Working in commercial will play to your analytics background, and will allow you to build robust systems and processes. 

What may be somewhat unique is the retirement account isn’t technically a 401k that I can access whenever I want - it’s private company stock which I can only cash out upon death, termination, or retirement.

These are smaller spots that have a mailing address in a municipality (like Clearwater), but aren't technically inside the city boundaries so they default to the County.The tough part would be the 10 minutes max from the beach.
