You can also call the city planning and zoning department, give them an address and they will tell you if the property address is in a zoning suitable for nightly rental.

Hi Elijah,Local banks and credit unions may be more suitable for investment properties for values less than 50-75k.

I have worked on many of these projects in my appraisal career and am working on getting my start in the land development arena as well.
