@Alvaro RodriguezWe have used Google sketch up in the past for basic drawings that do not need to be stamped by an architect.If you do not feel like doing it, you could probably go to a local vocational school and give it as a project for the kids to do.Just begin by taking a rough sketch on a piece of paper with some dimensions and giving it to them with some pictures and they will clean it up.If money is no object, then Call architect but I would never do that, LOL

I wouldn't be surprised if he assumed he could handle it and then the local municipality informed them that they needed "Plans Stamped by an Architect" at which point he decided to get an Architect on board to get stamped plans done.

If i have multiple apply at once, i note the time stamp of when their application is submitted, and that locks their position in line. if the person in front does not qualify or backs out, the next person in line is considered.

Be sure that both pages are stamped with the notary's seal.I would then contact your state's Department of Real Estate (https://dre.ca.gov/) and file a complaint.

You can usually have a draftsperson do this though you may need stamped architectural plans if they're being picky which can run several thousand upwards to ten thousand.
