Best way to reach out to home owners on distressed property?

Hello,

I have been driving for dollars and I have a hand full of properties I have taken addresses down for. These properties are either vacant for 3+ months or very distressed. I have gone about finding the owner and their current address. What is the best app or post card service for reaching out to them? Thank you!
