Yes, each floor has it own elecrtical panels.

For example, i) check and send a picture of the electrical panel, ii) gather info about the age of main features / appliances (e.g. roof, water heater, etc.), ...  

The house currently has 2 of all the utilities (HVAC - 15 years old, electric - 2 100amp panels, gas, water). 

I'd love to hear about your experiences, especially if you learned anything from the panels/breakout sessions! 

The panel is updated, but the wiring in the house doesn't have ground wire going to most of the house.

I was told the roof had 5-7 years left/no leaks2) electric panel (does not have 1 main breaker to shut down panel at once) estimate:3500k - 4500k.The panel is called a "split bus panel" with 4 main shut-offs.
