@Sean Michael Nugent Those type of units would take 90-180 days each, but a decent builder should be able to start at least one duplex a week maybe 2-3 per week if they are larger.So to get 5 duplexs or 10 units from start of construction (shovel ready, meaning all permits are back, etc) to having them all complete, I would estimate 130 - 210 days.The timing is very important, as you will have a large amount of money outlayed with zero rent until you can get some units completed and rented.
