If I did it pro per, the minimum time to figure out service details, drive round trip to the courthouse, fill out forms, hire process server, ask and read questions on BP, and then settle with BoA or show up for the hearing is minimum 5 hours.

If you are out of state, in the future you may want to work with a local attorney who will take care of the required legal steps and work with a process server for the five day notice and eviction.
