I should have started the last sentence with "Also," since my intent was to try and get you to stay away from Any owners in foreclosure, as any time wasted by wholesalers playing around, or stumbling around thru a short sale process they are not familiar with, simply wastes time, and puts the owner at greater risk of being foreclosed on.
