If you are looking for large multi investing, also check out Brad Sumrok, he was the chief trainer at LU before Steve and also now has a training company. 

I am currently under contract with 2 house hacks that are under 30 minute commute to NYC, walking distance to train station in high appreciating markets. 

But most investors use a mentor or coach to be trained, just because it speeds up the learning process so much.

Wanted to ask if anyone knows of an actual systematic training course online or in person near Lancaster, CA dealing with the management of rental property in California?
