They were back on their feet again though it sounded like.I'm still going to try this approach though, I have to just remind myself that it will be a win win situation if we can work something out.

If the agent doesn't like it, remind him/her that you can simply offer it through an agent that IS willing to look out for your best interest.

Simple things that remind the tenants what they can expect.

If the property cannot be occupied and the local inspector has noted then remind the seller.

Their was an auction here last summer and the auctioner had to stop and remind everyone that the sale of the house did include the land and lumber :crying: .
