I have done this while refinishing kitchen cabinets that had the hinges painted over, and I couldn't find replacements. 

This property is gutted to the studs and ready to be refinished.

What added more value to this property is that I re-finished the basement by turning it into living area: new windows, outside door, new walls and flooring.

The entire interior was recently painted and the gleaming hardwoods were refinished.

Updates include new siding, flooring, refinished hardwoods, new kitchen appliances, updated electrical, new doors and a new furnace.

I have 2 buildings built in 1928 that have the original oak floors we had them refinished 4 years ago (with oil based poly) and they are still beautiful today at 92 years old. 

So I hired a contractor to refinish a basement: frame, drywall, skim coat and paint walls, paint ceilings (joists) and concrete floors, add a bathroom and laundry room, update electric.

Refinished the hardwood floors, all the electrical and plumbing fixtures are new.

I’m looking to sand down the floors and re-finish roughly 1k square feet of space.
