You don't have your location public so all anyone can give you is generalities.1) Education (real estate specific classes, number of hours will vary)2) Sponsorship (required everywhere I know of, you have to find a broker who will let you hang your license under them, they will charge a flat fee or take a portion of your commission)3) State Exam (pass a comprehensive exam that test your knowledge based on your education)

If you pass the licensing exam and pass all the licensing requirements (for example, you have to "pass" a background check), you then receive your license and are eligible to work as an agent under a broker.

If you google it, most real estate education is geared toward those individuals who are trying to pass a licensing test to become a real estate agent, or property manager, etc,  in any of the 50 states.... or are geared toward the continuing education requirements for that license.
