And the capital appreciation is much higher in Boston or the US because Americans are generally significantly wealthier than Spaniards.That's why we buy in the Costa del Sol, as it is a special part of Spain where there's a huge amount of (wealthy) overseas buyers, including many Americans, who are pushing real estate values higher compared to other parts of the country.

I will say this, rates will come down some eventually and when they do, everyone sitting on the sidelines waiting to buy will probably jump in and push up prices.

Hi everyone,I've had several issues (washing machine, stove, garage door's motor, roof leak, etc.) with the properties I own.

A lot of the sites will push you again to the top when you do a price drop so maybe drop the price like $25 or $50 every week or so until you get it rented.  

The state is pushing for it and I am sure were it will be worded on the ballot to sound like a great thing, 99.9% of the public doesn't understand this stuff.
