Imagine the cash flow I could have if I desired (my cash flow is not great because I extract value regularly and because I prefer my return to be in tax free or tax deferred sources and cash flow you get taxed on yearly).Case Schiller used to (maybe still does) publish a residential market performance ranking since 2000.  

Example: "I want to build financial independence through real estate investing.

I don't know anyone that publishes them for the public to use.

The key to financial independence is acquiring properties that give you money each month, not add to your overhead.

Best Advise I can give is to contact multiple Independent Agents that write in NH to search as many companies as possible.

If your low income tenants are a pain to manage, maybe trade into better neighborhoods or into commercial, outsource to a PM, so many options. for me real estate ( those of us who derive our commission income from it) this is a lifestyle choice we are independent contractors and as such we have freedom to do whatever we want..
