Considering the high property taxes unfriendly laws towards landlords , inventory, and prices here, I’m pondering out-of-state investments for potentially better cash flow.

So then I started pondering that here I have this renter who always pays, really never calls me about anything substantial, etc, was I being fair re their discretionary income? 

I believe it's time to take action this year by acquiring rental properties and learning from experience instead of just pondering and being stuck in my thoughts.

But, I have been pondering the idea of "upgrading" mobile home parks for areas in our nation that are lower income.

I have had a non-REI corporation for years (not an LLC but pondering it currently) with separate bank account, EIN, retirement account, etc.

I don't think that is a significant point to ponder on though.

@Scot Howat,So why not come down and learn the truth rather than ponder even your own conjecture?

My wife and I are ready to go see the world a bit and I have pondered this strategy.

You can go to the local Deli and have some wings and ponder your options.
