Our municipality has a high ratio of police per capita.

DSCR would be your best bet but again 25% down and a DSCR of 1.25% minimum.Do yourself a favor and do not let just any Lender/loan officer pull your credit just so they can take an application and have a possible deal.

When I was on the firing line of course we did not have internet like today and Investors were generally local so they would walk into the office . 

This was related to how the PM company treated tenants so you might not get as much traction with the AG's office since you are not a tenant.Finally, you are obviously hurt and angry and want to be made whole.

Assuming these are legitimate offices, this seems like a good size organization.

Hopefully, prayerfully, when the next powers-that-be take office, the rates will drop once again and make home buying great once again.
