Down payment funds may seem tricky to those who get lured in by the countless con artists on social media selling the notion 100% financing using other people's money is easy.

We have several people living in these homes.

Heating costs go up in winter, as does electricity due to the reduced natural light and more people indoors.

Think about it, why do people do Airbnb........make more money, however they have higher vacancy rates, and more management required.  

While this won't stop the Gen Y and Z crowd, I think it will make it harder for people to raise money, when a company with 30 yr track records are marketing right along side the guy with 2 yrs (for a similar type of deal).

This is where people fly in, this is where jobs and internships are, and it's central to the entire Triangle.

What the people that I talk to find is that they don't need to be confined to one area.  

Check your insurance, I’ve seen a lot of people specialize in renting to group homes or care facilities so there must be a commercial policy for this.
