In general you'll need an operating agreement between you and your members of the LLC that outlines everything.

If your funds are from a third party, then you'd need a letter from that party outlining what they are providing you with, and if they have no official standing (like a bank), from where they have the ability to offer those funds.

The landlord has the option to (and should imo) check into the doctor’s letter and make sure it’s legit (to the best of their ability) - but if they deny the ESA based on not filling out their special form or because they didn’t get to chat with your doctor about your disability then that is against the rules outlined in the document I provided (which is up to date) and the person with a disability can file a complaint with HUD.

Or serve the RCJC form first and if the tenant does not sign, that falls under a similar provision to terminate tenancy as the purposes outlined in subparagraph (E) of paragraph (1) of the bill text?
