I know this is a common question and I have found a multitude of answers but I was wondering if anyone has had better success with any platform specific to rentals in the Worcester county area.

I do not doubt that if you put yourself in front of enough motivated sellers that you will get a multitude of deals and make money that most people can only dream of. 

Not to mention, since I believe I'll go through a multitude of cycles the whole idea of "ups" and "downs" becomes less impactful.    

I notice a multitude of abandoned homes, apartment/townhouse "communities" that are literally wasting away.

With all the COVID uncertainty, I put in an offer at $160k with contingencies that allow me to back out for any of a multitude of reasons. 

I have flipped a multitude of homes on my own and several with partners.

Their terms can vary from deal to deal depending on a multitude of factors.

@Jennifer Salazar Rentalutions also allows you to list your unit across a multitude of sites such as Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads, Padmapper, Apartments.com, ApartmentList, and WalkScore.
