Question for the masses: If I did a commercial build out for my business on a building that I do not own would you need a cost segregation to utilize accelerated depreciation of paid in capital or would you be able to do it without a cost segregation?

I was told covid moratoriums were the nail in the coffin, mass foreclosures where out there, hanging int he ether, just waiting for the moratoriums to come off and it was going to be an avalanche, a tsunami of foreclosures unlike anything we have ever seen.......

Are any wholesalers out there using something like propstream to find leads and then using something like REIReply to send out mass text campaigns?

I am not looking to mass mail to all vacant homes but rather just to a selected few target property owners.Thanks in advance for any help/letters.

What is the average cost for such an install and is Mass Save a good resource to look into?

Some of that time had mass closures in the city including closure of the beaches, zoos, parks, restaurants, bars, clubs, etc.
