Drew,It sounds like you need to make it out to some of our investor networking events here in Wichita. 

That strength i carry that lets me stand alone is beneficial but also as I left that crowd i was never able for unknown reasons to reconnect to a better class of people or even network.

Finally able to actually start executing on some thoughts — and figured I need a network of folks that love real estate investing as much as I do.

Start small, network with other investors, and use tools like BiggerPockets calculators to analyze deals effectively.

Some kitchens will be 5k if its a small one and some will be 15k if you are taking out a wall and its larger.

Thats how it would be spun anyway...investors are a subset of a much larger general public, and sub-to is a small niche 

Or search the old real wealth network podcasts. 

I currently own 2 commercial and 1 residential, a 7 unit / 2 commercial storefront property, a Laundromat facility storefront, Then a 2 unit multi family that i am house hacking.The purpose of the this post is that i want to meet ALL investors( pro or just starting out) in New London County to know each other and learn and talk about real estate, want to create a great network of people in this county.

Everything else comes from networking, experience, and getting your hands dirty.
