In today's reality with the formation and implementation of the CFPB and all kinds of publicity about investor and mortgage fraud, to the point that even some circuit judge in the flat lands of Kansas or hills of Arkansas is aware of the new laws, they will be looking at your deal.

I don't really need any help with analyzing this strategy, but I do need help aggregating some data to help me implement it.

All of that not withstanding, strong seller finance programs can solve the finance problem if people will take the time and trouble to implement them.

I am looking forward to connecting with investors in and out of my area, contractors, and etc. to get insight and feedback as I begin this journey.I am ready to learn, implement and be a savvy and successful investor.

I would not try to implement anything exactly from his book, but it was worth the read.
