If the loan is not used for personal, family or household purposes then it technically would not appear to meet the definition of a residential mortgage loan under the SAFE Act.

Those are the points I would make to my wife.Then I would by a SFR, because she tends to win this sort of argument in our household.

Before I start on it, just want to make sure, since my household AGI is more than $150k, does renting out benefit me at all?

House hold trash blown in, desert rubbish/green waste (tumbleweeds, etc) blown in, dumped household goods, dumped construction stuff.

And hell, It's like my girlfriend said last night, the household isn't loosing that much money by me loosing this job, and that I can do better!

Being as I'm still working my "debt snowball", I don't want to take any money from my house hold budget. 

I think it would be interesting to plot mean housing prices against mean household income as well. 

I think out of state turnkeys are the best option if I can get over a few hurdles within the household.

There's no hard cute definition, they largely mean same thing to same people, look at it this way:A - white collar execs, well off business owners, median household income in the 100k+, schools at least 8 out of 10.
