Thanks Trevor - We're a family of 4, 2 kids and us spouses so looking to either buy a SFH for us in a good school zone in Alpharetta, Cumming which are kind of hotspots for people looking with goof schooling, but I am not sure if putting all of this 120k into SFH would be a good idea.

when it first arrived, I drove down the street where one of our rehabbed properties is located and scanned all the buildings (all old Second Empire, Victorian, Georgian/Edwardian buildings) ... all glowed brightly from the escaping heat (it was -23C), save for ours, which still had a few hotspots from the areas we have yet to rehab.
