The market is not softening, it is getting healthier - what we have seen this spring was dysfunctional.

The first advice I'm going to give my friend is to go talk to the guy, or as a gentleman on this thread suggested, invite him over for a meal, coffee or beer with the goal of making a friend.If that action doesn't work, then put up the cameras, and as you suggested, signs saying the area is under surveilance.Next step is to put up a 10' chain link fence with barbed wire at the top, maybe privacy covers.Next step after that would be to go and talk to a detective, tell him what's going on and see if he can get the police on his side.

I've even offered to pay for a nice meal out that they can have wherever they want and to sanitize all touch points after the tour is over.I had to essentially give an ultimatum just to get a video tour scheduled- which I don't feel confidence will yield any different result.That is my rant- thoughts?

I just wanted to make sure you were at least tracking things like travel, meals, etc. on your own.

Hotel rules generally come into play when there are significant additional services being included in the rent, such as daily maid service, meals, provision of transportation, provision of personal items such as towels, soap, etc. 

Being able to live at home, and for free, is obviously awesome because you get to save a ton (and still get free meals, ha!). 

Sit down and talk with students and adults alike about what they can do to afford their next meal and afford their rent.I'm looking for Cash Flow more than appreciation and I would prefer cash flow in the short term IF I were to go with one of the larger two options.
