Hello, 

I am 20 years old and I am looking to get started in real estate investing (specifically rental properties). I have read some books on financial independence and rental property investing, but I still feel that there are some key things that I need to learn before actually getting started. I have had the opportunity to meet some really awesome people through BiggerPockets already, but I would love to meet more who are willing to potentially meet and have a conversation over coffee or a meal.
