Make it a habit to engage with like minded people, whether that is your family, other investors at your local REIA or here at BP :)I live by this motto: Do now, what other people are not willing to do.

Often title issues will never come back to do any harm but it can  mean you can't give clear title when you go to sell or refinance. 

And I am pretty good with my spending habits.

Assuming you are legitimate.I don't see the harm in starting a new company and changing your website name.Depending on your website, maybe re tool it. 

However, there's no harm in multi-tasking either.
