Am I the only person that realized the inspector had a perfect hair cut, clean shoes and was wearing make up?

I'm presently pulling my hair out trying to find another project in C-town or R-town.I do offer an incentive, but only for full-price offers.

Well, we trust our barbers with cutting our hair, financial advisors with our money, and daycare providers with our children....and not because we believe these professionals care more than we do.Usually you hire someone else to take care of these tasks when you dont have the time, skills, knowledge, resources, patience or desire to do them yourself.The same principle is true here.

And a lot of the hair on your head is gone.  ;-)  Austin: Less weird, more wired and lots more $$$.

One could split hairs over what the dollars are actually worth because the purchasing power vacillates daily.The goal is to get something relatively simple that is as accurate as possible.

Yeah Jerry I thought of the photo business or a hair salon when I read your business name.

A broker might be able to do something with this but as a wholesale deal it has just too much hair on it.Even if your investors like it for rental I don't see them paying all cash for it.
