The onion is there to be peeled, but it gets worse as we get to the core and we'd rather peel the surface, dealing with much simpler perceptions that are rooted in subjecting some to mantras of laziness and criminal habituality. 

We need all those things: a space for resorts, a space for STRs, affordable space for workers and a living wage, and vibrant shops, restaurants and attractions.

The Westgate area and Franklin Park remain the most vibrant areas in the city. 

The ones that are never late, the one-offs where something random went awry and they take care of things asap, and the ones that are habitually late.  

While other cities (Detroit, KC, St Louis, Ohio-cities), have their merits, Indianapolis offers distinct advantages that make it a superior choice for wealth creation.Indianapolis is a thriving metropolis on the rise, with a vibrant downtown, appealing neighborhoods, and a rich cultural scene.

Not a huge deal if B and C are responsible, but becomes a pain if one is habitually late.

And it personally took me a long time to build the HABIT of budgeting...it takes work and effort before it becomes habitual.

It does seem quite vibrant with a nice mix of restaurants/bars and shops.
