I frequently tell peolpe that a membership in our group is just like a gym membership.

Currently awaiting hoisting to the roof once I can get my idiot gym buddies out of the weight room.  

Joining a gym will not garauntee you will become a bodybuilder or fitness champion.

For us, one time it was from damp gym clothes the tenant left in a pile in their closet.

I go downtown 4-5 times a week (to my gym, Fit, across from Petco Park), and live in Mission Hills about 5 min from downtown.
