I think HH provides these new home buyers the opportunity to purchase a home with some financial flexibility being able to rent out portions for extra income. 

I’m new to REI and I’m learning that since I don’t have a lot of flexibility for house hacking and options for no money down.

I have a lot of flexibility so location isn't a concern for me. 

Renewal changes or cancellations are also fairly flexible.

They have a bunch of locations around the Springs, and co-working spaces can be a great way to get flexible office space without the huge commitment.Just my two cents, but I'd love to hear what other folks in the Colorado Springs market are experiencing. 

Some companies may have stricter policies, while others might be more flexible.

I will be in Las Vegas for the week of 5/13 and will have flexibility to meet a few folks! 

You can buy it for less cash, and you have lots of flexibility from there.
