I am the sole member of the LLC and the mistake was caught less than year ago so there are no capital gains or anything  so I was told it is a streamline process.

Hostaway doesn't allow me to manage just one property on there which sucks and hospitable doesn't seem to have the best features.

I'm a big fan of streamlining and I just really appreciate that everything is in one place now.

In Franklinton there are plenty of large projects going on that will bring massive growth to the west side of Columbus, such as the Peninsula Development, which is a multiphase project that will erect a 24 story apartment complex featuring a grocery store, a multi use office space building, and a new hotel featuring a two-story Pins Mechanical venue.

If the software is not simplifying your life or making you more accurate, you shouldn't use it.Software does have extremely helpful features like online payments, marketing syndication (click a button and your property is advertised on multiple sites), electronic document review/signing, maintenance tracking, and owner reports.

For generations, hell millennia, things operated on a simple system that there is some geographic feature, somewhere, that brings many together in 1 spot, that brings more, a city builds, grows, and get's to a size that a kind of "gravity" is made putting people and industry in a geographic "orbit" of that market center. 

It also comes with different level subscriptions that you can continue to up grade as you need more features.
